Welcome to LunarVibe Vault ("we", "us", or "our"), a digital storefront providing tech-based assets, scripts, and tools for use within the Roblox platform. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product ("Product") from LunarVibe Vault, you ("you", "user", or "purchaser") agree to the following Terms of Use and Service.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, you may not access or use any of our Products.

1. Definitions

  • Product: Any downloadable asset, script, model, or tool offered through LunarVibe Vault.

  • User: Any individual who purchases, downloads, or uses a Product.

  • License: The rights granted to you to use the Product under these Terms.

  • Obfuscation: Any method of code protection or encryption used to secure scripts.

  • End-User: The final purchaser or user of the Product.

  • Team Use: Use of the Product by a group, studio, or multiple developers.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Products offered through LunarVibe Vault are the intellectual property of LunarVibe Interactive and/or their respective creators.

  • By purchasing or downloading a Product, you acknowledge that you are not the creator.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal or internal project use within the Roblox platform only.

  • You do not own the Product or any associated rights beyond this license.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or leak any Product, in part or whole, under any circumstances.

  • Claim authorship or original creation of any Product.

  • Unobfuscate, decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with any scripts or assets provided.

  • Use the Product outside of Roblox without express written permission.

Violation of these conditions may result in:

  • Permanent revocation of your license,

  • Loss of access to future updates,

  • Reporting to Roblox for intellectual property violations.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds except where required by law.

  • You are responsible for understanding what you are purchasing before completing any transaction.

5. Updates and Support

  • Products may receive updates, patches, or improvements over time. Access to updates may require proof of original purchase.

  • We strive to provide support but do not guarantee ongoing maintenance or compatibility with future Roblox changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

All Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • LunarVibe Vault is not responsible for any bugs, damages, or losses resulting from use or misuse of any Product.

  • We are not liable for data loss, game disruption, or Roblox disciplinary action resulting from your usage.

7. Team/Studio Licensing

  • Products are licensed to the purchasing user only.

  • Use by development groups, studios, or teams requires a separate license per developer, unless otherwise stated.

  • Shared use across teams without valid licensing is prohibited and may result in license termination.

8. Security & Anti-Tamper Systems

  • Some Products include anti-tamper or anti-leak protections.

  • Attempting to bypass, remove, or modify these protections is a direct violation of these Terms.

  • Such actions may result in Product deactivation, license revocation, and further action.

9. Third-Party Dependencies

  • Some Products may rely on third-party plugins, models, or services.

  • LunarVibe Vault is not responsible for their availability, functionality, or terms of use.

10. Usage by Minors

  • If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases and agree to these Terms.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (or your country if otherwise specified). Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license and access to any Product without notice if you are found violating these Terms of Use.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

14. Whitelist System & Product Activation

Some Products sold through LunarVibe Vault include a whitelist-based activation system for anti-piracy, licensing, and security purposes.

By using any Product with a whitelist system, you agree to the following conditions:

  • You must ensure that the Product is the most recent official version as distributed by LunarVibe Vault.

  • You are responsible for correctly configuring and using the whitelist system as intended.

  • Tampering with, attempting to disable, or bypassing the whitelist system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license revocation and possible reporting to Roblox.

  • Triggering the whitelist system through unauthorized use (e.g., leaked, outdated, or modified versions) may:

    • Log your activity via secure channels,

    • Disable or damage unauthorized copies,

    • Revoke your access to future updates or support.

If you experience issues related to whitelist activation, please contact official support and provide proof of purchase. No support will be provided for cracked, leaked, or modified versions.
